Greetings from the Western Australian Regional CLC

In the WA region we currently have seven groups, six of which are in the Perth Metropolitan area and one is in Bunbury. The groups are generally led by a guide and meet fortnightly. Members are from many different walks of life and the range of interests and activities is quite broad.

We provide an ongoing Ignatian Spirituality formation program each year with the annual Retreat Weekend in September one of the highlights of our WA CLC Calendar. Our current formation focus is on the First Spiritual Exercises (FSE) of Saint Ignatius and a number of our members have received training in presenting these to groups and individuals.

Also offered is a Retreat in Daily Life, accessible to people who are not able to spend time and money on a residential retreat. This retreat last for three weeks and offers many of the elements of a residential retreat but the prayer and reflection takes place in the person’s home and are designed to fit in with the participant’s daily family and work commitments.
